ABOUT LA CASA AT ENTRADA
Introduction
La Casa at Entrada is a master-planned private, gated new golf home community located within the Entrada at Snow Canyon master-plan golf course development, based in St. George, Utah.
A special collection of new luxury home sites with breathtaking mountain views of Red Mountain, the White Sandstone of Tuacahn in Padre Canyon, and overlooking the private Entrada Country Club golf course's 2nd, 3rd, and 4th fairways and ponds.

History

This special site was once under the ownership of one of the original founding members and past presidents of the Entrada County Club development and has forever been within the overall 30-year master plan for the Entrada at Snow Canyon community.

La Casa at Entrada is a thoughtfully designed community that is a self-contained, private gated neighborhood of only 20 homes. La Casa’s site plan consists of 12 new home sites with unobstructed views overlooking the early fairways and ponds of the Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club and 8 additional new home sites facing the interior along La Casa Circle with its own private, gated entrance off Snow Canyon Parkway onto La Casa Way and La Casa Circle.

As a thank you back to the Entrada Community for their patience and support during our construction period for La Casa from 2022 to 2024, our New Luxury Patio Home Sites were released on April 1, 2024, during our "Thank You Event” where we rang the La Casa bell and thanked the Entrada Board of Trustees, The EPOA and EDRC committees, and the Entrada at Snow Canyon Golf Club Management team at 12 noon on April 1, 2024. Residents of the entire Entrada Community were invited with key individuals honored for their role in the early design and development of the La Casa at Entrada community.

Details of our New Model Home.
​
Our Model Home is a single-story, modern contemporary golf course-facing home sited directly on the 4th fairway. Sited on an oversized home site of 13,000 + square feet or 0.31 acres.
The main level design is approximately 3,486 SF with an angled 3-car garage and mechanical space of 1,066 SF, for a total of 4,552 SF in overall size.
The design consists of a 3-car, 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath custom patio home, with desert-inspired spaces including a private pool and spa overlooking the unobstructed views of the 1st golf hole, 2nd golf hole, the 4th fairway, and 2nd fairway ponds.

The home design includes multiple outdoor entertaining spaces and an inner courtyard with multiple fireplaces, a water bridge feature, a dedicated private home office, and a separate private casita entrance for a special guest while in-residence sanctuary.
Remaining La Casa at Entrada Construction Activities:
The remaining Construction Activities in 2024 consist of the installation of our finished 4th fairway landscaping plan together with the installation of our mail boxes with two park benches at either end of La Casa Circle along with the main entrance gate and monument sign at our entrance on La Casa Lane.
